This is a great heart healthy cereal as well as a heart healthy snack to those of you who are seriously watching what you eat. My teens and I love it, however, my husband didn't like the taste of it.

The thing I love about Kashi is that you don't have to wonder about whether any of their foods are good for you--you can rest assured they're wholesome and whole-grain. And they taste so good! (Love their version of shredded wheat cereal.)
