Just Returned From My Family Reunion

Family & friends, nice weather, food, and music. What a great combination this past weekend. Spending time with family is very essential.  My family and I drove 12 hours through 8 states to attend our 63rd Family Reunion.  We had a blast!

Staying in shape is really important to me and I have always loved to run but in this weather that’s easier said than done down here in South Carolina.
